When I first became involved with the club, Dave was one of the first people to make me feel welcome. Over the last 10 years that I have had the pleasure of knowing him my respect has only grown. He knew all of my children by name and would always ask how they were. I will miss his 10 second phone calls and visits to my house bumping into chairs! He was to us an extension of our family and known as "Old Dave". An inspiration in his calm consideration and ultimately a true gentleman. I am all the better for knowing Dave and will miss him tremendously. Rest in peace "Old Dave"
